Twice per year, there will be fundraisers to generate funds for the purchase of additional audio/visual equipment, playground expansions, extra supplies and equipment or additional educational training for our staff. It is mandatory that all parents participate in at least one of these fundraisers. Each family's account will be assessed a fee of $150.00 annually (September 1st) for this purpose (anyone that enrolls after January 1st will be charged $75 for that year). The submitting of money generated from the fundraiser will be deducted from this fee.

It is with great appreciation that we thank you in advance for your participation and dedication to your child's school and the benefits as a result of your efforts. Your Site Directors will keep you informed of the fundraisers and the purchases made from the proceeds in your school newsletters.

Parents should maintain all of their receipts for end of the year filings. Any parent wanting a yearly report of their payments may request a report from the Site Director for a $10.00 fee. Each Site Director can provide parents with the center's FEIN # for tax filing purposes, if the account is current.

Any parent who withdraws from TCH with an unpaid balance will be submitted to collections for payment of the outstanding balance plus fees.
