When necessary, The Children's House will administer medication as follows:
1. Prescription medication shall be labeled with the full pharmacy label. 2. Over the counter (non-prescription) medication shall be clearly labeled with the child's first and last name. The container shall be in such condition that the name of the medication and the directions for use are clearly readable. 3. Medication shall be administered as required by a physician, subject to the receipt of a signed medication consent form which must be completed daily. Over the counter medication will be dispensed in accordance with manufacturer's instructions, subject to the receipt of a signed medication consent form which must be completed daily.
