The Children's House Provides Developmentally Appropriate Multicultural Curriculum

Site Design by Business Web Designers.

In order to be of better service to our families, The Children's House will accept cash, money orders and personal checks as form of payment for registration and tuition. All personal checks must meet Telecheck processing requirements. Those parents who participate in a subsidized childcare funding program may pay their parent fees and co-payments by check as well. The Children's House offers a variety of tuition payment programs for families.

Tuition Payment Policy and Procedure
Monthly co-payments are due by the 5th day of each month.
Weekly Parent Fee and Unsubsidized tuition is due on Monday of each week.

Any account with a balance as of 6:00a.m.on Thursday will be
assessed a 5% per day late fee.

It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to maintain their
contract with the subsidized funding source. If an approval
expires without documentation of a new contract you will be
charged the unsubsidized tuition rate.

Families with a verifiable approval with a subsidized child care funding source will be able to begin attending The Children's House upon completion of a change of provider form; however, any financial difference between the verification and the approval we receive will be the responsibility of the parent.

Failure to comply with these policies may result in termination of childcare services. Permission to pay tuition late will not alter the late fee assessment. Any unpaid balance carried more than two weeks could result in your child's disenrollment from The Children's House.
