At the Children's House our educational goals ensure that children learn in an atmosphere where growth, exploration, and discovery are possible. Our curriculum, the TCH Early Education Experience, is developmentally appropriate and teacher initiated. It is a distinct and proven experience for children 6 weeks through 12 years of age. The curriculum allows for children's individuality, independence and decision making skills to be enhanced. The TCH Early Education Experience is inclusive of Monthly Themes as well as corresponding weekly units. Additionally, the children will learn of various cultures and customs throughout the U.S. and abroad. Our children are very busy through out the day. They participate in planning time, activity time, circle time, small-group time, outside time, clean-up time, & reflective time each day.

| The Children's House believes that children learn from personal interaction, hands on experiences with real objects and the application of logical thinking to their experiences. The TCH Early Education Experience allows children to work within an environment, which possess qualities of home as well as that of a child care center. |

On a daily basis, water tables, art easels, computers and all interest areas are open for children to explore. All shelves and Interest Areas are labeled so that children can learn that every item has a place. |
